One Term A-Levels (September – January)
With effect from September 2010, the College will no longer be offering stand alone, separate one term retake courses.
However, students who have completed full A-levels in summer 2010 and wish to improve their overall A-level grade by retaking AS units in January 2011 may join the College’s one year programme for the duration of the autumn term and sit AS units in January 2011.
The subjects, examination board specifications and units available to students who wish to enrol for a one term, AS units only, retake course are:

Students joining this AS units only, one term retake course cannot ‘pick and mix’ the AS units they study; they will be expected to study and sit all AS units for their required subject or subjects. Each subject is timetabled for a minimum of 7.5 hours per week.
A minimum of grade C for full A-level will be required of students joining the AS units only, one term retake programme. Students with grades D or below will only be able to enrol on a one year programme for his or her required subjects.
Students are permitted to combine a one term, AS-level units only subject with a one year programme subject or subjects.
The tuition fees for the one term, AS-level units only, retake programme are:
